Shipping & Delivery Policy

Nothing is physically shipped

The services offered are professional software development and consulting services. There is no physical product, so no courier, shipping charge or delivery address is involved, and shipping timelines do not apply.

How deliverables reach you

• Source code is pushed to a Git repository you own or are given access to.
• Builds, design files, documentation and credentials are shared over email or a private link.
• Web and mobile applications are deployed to the hosting, cloud or store account you nominate.
• Consulting output is delivered as a written document or a recorded session.

When delivery happens

Delivery follows the milestones in your proposal or statement of work. Once a payment for a milestone is confirmed, the corresponding deliverable is handed over within the timeline stated there — typically within 2 to 5 business days for a completed milestone, and immediately where the work is already complete and awaiting payment.

Timelines assume that content, approvals, access and credentials are provided when requested. Delays in those inputs move the delivery date by at least the same period.

Confirmation

Every payment is confirmed by email with a receipt and, where applicable, a tax invoice. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours of a successful payment, write to hi@iamankit.me with the transaction reference and it will be traced.
